    F1 (2025)

saw it in D-Box, cinema with seats that shake with action. Worked well in the race scenes, but it was also going off on mundane scenes which took away from it a little bit. pretty much a by the numbers movie but well executed.

    Final Destination Bloodlines (2025)

kinda highlights why I didn't like this one as much as any of the others. the over use of CGI and generated landscapes just broke it for me

Pretty happy to see Son lift the trophy. Been such a legend for Spurs. And great to see my home town boy lead them to glory even if he's probably still going to lose his job. Should have no shortage of good offers though

Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning (2025)

Not too bad. If you've made it this far in the mission impossible saga there's no reason not to see this one. Probably a tad on the long side but didn't quite drop into feeling boring which is good.

Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning (2025)

rewatched last night and it holds up ok. Not nearly as good as it was on the big screen. and the plot seems a bit too mysterious and weak, but as long as it gets you from one action scene to the next, it's good enough. Looking forward to this one on saturday. plenty of good seat options at my...

    Europa Universalis V

have to admit that I'm a bit nervous they are merging too much of crusader kings and victoria into eu4.

    Thunderbolts* (2025)

There's 2 credit scenes, one right at the end which is worth staying for. Don't go in expecting suicide squad / guardians of the galaxy on earth.
