Mine is currently 90, I use cast on critical for thunderstorm which drains my mana super fast. i'd say with maybe 20 div invested, the build is doing okish. A bit on the weak side defense wise and the dps is great on trash, ok on rare but slow on boss.

For me they can take away Delirium any day they want. It forces you to backtrack, kills your gpu, the mechanic is confusing, etc.
