Same, lol. Panthalus is kind of a mess, but there's really only one fight that is like that in Palworld, everything else leverages the core gameplay of pal fighting.

Like a lot of things you flip from being bottlenecked by cores to them being useless trash super quick. This is my haul from my expedition today, those 25 cores will never get used for anything.

Tbh i don't really like the mutant egg mechanic. Every other part of the breeding game you have a significant amount of agency and earn it through player choice and effort. The mutation is just a lottery ticket that becomes an inevitable shortcut toward powerful pals. I've hatched like thirty...
