    If you're over 40 and you don't have to do manual labor, don't. As others have said, it just takes is toll much harder, especially if you haven't been doing it most of your life. If you feel the need to do some labor, do it for yourself on a yard or house project instead.

    We had to put one of our cats down, was our first pet my wife and I got together. Lived a spoiled 15 years. Not much gets to me, but this tore me up.
