The ES isn't a big deal usually, as long as you don't get too much chaos res to minions that they can't spawn because more than 100% life is converted. It's really nice because you don't need any curses for -resistance anymore so you just run ass mark or proj weakness or punishment or whatever...

854% phys as extra seems good. Stuff like this is what they probably expect people to use it on, but it's the deleting of thresholds going under/over limits that's going to be the real sauce with those orbs. They're probably found from Mirage Incursion shit OR Mirage Vaal side areas (fuck that).
