Man they goof'd with the raid hp scaling. Mobs with 80k hp last week with 5 people on D4 have like 230k with 3 people on D4. Making for some long fucking battles.

I'd play a fresh run of that Pal/Shm/Mnk to test how mighty it is. Alt's on this usually blast everything with broken weapons immediately so it's a poor judge of how good a "starter" would be. Especially when you factor in the AA's you already have. My alts, even from 20 to 11 on another...

You need to make sure you're using procs YOUR classes can use and in the correct SLOTS. So a lot of procs like Earthshaker are primary only. Testing pets on test dummies right now. Seems dmg/delay matters to an almost insignificant degree and procs are the most important.

That Pal/Mnk/Shm stuff is giving me "play righteous fire, bro!" vibes from PoE. It works, I'm sure it's good, but it's going to be limited in certain conditions, it doesn't especially do anything unique, and most of all don't play it if you purely want to have fun and want to play literally...

Weapon procs are all mostly broken right now. They know about it. Even some procs that WERE working break if you take them out. Probably something to do with storing them in the augmentation storage.

Rangers in fact get Triple Attack at level 46. For those who don't know, there's a MOSTLY accurate wiki, but it was mostly scraped from P99 Wiki and editted with EQL only features and such. There is a power slider on items so you can see what they look like at +0 vs +6 or +10 for instance...

I think defense is a pretty easy place to get for a lot of builds with stuff like defensive/mage hunter/evasive stance. Getting damage isn't as bad, but for real non-stop damage I think a lot of classes need DEEP investment into things like crit/crit damage AA's which just can't be acquired...

It's a 15 second cooldown that is affected by haste so mine ends up being 9ish seconds. You can also double/triple proc it on double or triple attack.

And tokens are all still 100% free and earnable in game.

They have a very small closed beta going on and their last public beta was in April. So there's very few people probably in the beta around here.
