I'm still running a 2070 super and never had any performance problems during EA, my game pass is lapsed so I can't tell you how well it runs the launch version but typically the launch version is optimized a bit better.

The game has always been easy to cheese by flying into areas that are too high level for you normally, I'm surprised they didn't protect those islands with anti-air towers like they did with Feybreak though. Even back in the barebones first EA release of the game you could fly around the volcano...
