I'm still running a 2070 super and never had any performance problems during EA, my game pass is lapsed so I can't tell you how well it runs the launch version but typically the launch version is optimized a bit better.

The game has always been easy to cheese by flying into areas that are too high level for you normally, I'm surprised they didn't protect those islands with anti-air towers like they did with Feybreak though. Optimizing job priority is standard for games with a priority system, and if you get some properly skilled (and condensed) workers you won't have to care about offline production anymore. Although the food production does sound kinda fucked.
