    If I'm grilling/broiling steaks I pat them dry and then brush them with olive oil before hitting them with salt/pepper/garlic. I also let them sit for about an hour for a quick dry brine.

    Even if Sub Zero had ended up just as good as the base game, the addition of multiplayer to Subnautica 2 would instantly relegate it to a wait and see for me. It might still end up being a fun survival game just because of how fun the water setting is, but it won't be Subnautica.
