DuckDuckGo uses Bing results (among others). Bing is more likely to surface porn in search results. You'll get the exact same results if you search "freedom fuck yeah" on Bing.

I had some friends in high school (1996) for whom this was an inside “joke”, so it’s not just straight up fabricated by whoever wrote the entry. Who knows where my retard friends got it from.
