Haha. Picked up the TPB for the Dark Angel Saga while on a trip this week... man I love that arc.

Yup, it"s Bank of America"s restrictions we aren"t getting past, not the program in general. A lot of the random refi garbage we get in the mail has the same FICO requirements in the fine print, like the Quicken one we get almost every other week.

Forgot I never came and updated this... I never got to refi because I had a SNAFU with a credit card that made me miss the credit requirements by like 5 points. I had an automatic payment fail and they never notified me other than "statement is available" spam that they send anyways that I never...

I guess my thought is just that we"ll probably be in this house for ~15-20 tops, not the full 30 so the 3 years is moot (though that"s been a sticking point for me too). We"re also going to probably go through Financial Peace University pretty soon and start managing our finances better... in...

There a downside to FHA streamline financing aside from jumping back out to 30 years? Would be going from $1024/mo / 5.65% to $933 / 3.75%. Would be more if MIP didn"t jump from $50 to $130. Don"t qualify for HARP 2.0 because we purchased our house several months late - 11/09 instead of 5/09 -...

Bleh. Marvel NOW! Relaunches The Marvel U - Comic Book Resources In a way I guess I"m kinda looking forward to it being a Marvel fan and hating so much of what I"ve been reading lately.

I remember as a kid loving some of the items they called out. That Bloodshot and Shaft "jumping for no reason" was awesome at the time, as someone who loved crossovers. Used to love some of those books, they"re painful to go back and read now. It"s strange to see stuff like Bloodstrike and...

Less excited. Cyclops says the quote, not Scarlet Witch, and unless he"s hosting the Phoenix, or has an Infinity Gauntlet on, won"t mean much.

I remember Armorines being one of my favorite Valiant titles. Image has recently resurrected some titles too, Bloodstrike and Prophet. Stopped reading DC"s "New 52" but as more former Wildstorm characters show up it makes me want to get back into them.

There have been so many previews, I am pretty sure I"d already read all but like 5 pages of AvX #1. Dorked out and took my son to the party tonight that Maximum Comics threw... "Xavier Institute for Higher Learning" shirt and all. Really glad this is out every 2 weeks.
