I've actually got a working D&D 5E engine and a basic action gameplay around it but I do not have the art skills to make it all environmentally styled the same. ( think wow, or eq, or Skyrim or whatever ) but in 2d. The thought of all the character sprites, environments ( indoor and outdoor )...

This is the problem I have seen " So let's say you are making a castle. You need the exterior and interior to match in style. I have NEVER seen this work. I can get stable diffusion / Dall-E to make portions of it, but even using the same prompt ( with the same style parts ) It never matches...

Never played the sequel game and lost track of it so didn't know the story of part 2.., season 1 was quite fun... However, It seems the show writers didn't learn from the sequel game, they should have changed the story, I can't see who on that show ( shit story aside ) is going to carry it into...

Best PvP was early eq2 PvP where the PvP was competition for PVE encounters / raids / dungeons etc and thus lewts. It seems thats what they are thinking and its fun as shit. If its a group based game, you don't have to balance PvP for 1v1, its group vs group, which is natively balanced already :)

The writing is really good . ( can’t believe I said that , ) not speaking of dialogue but the tie in to dominion war is just cool As F and Vaddic is a cool tragic character. Nicely done . And what about Spiner acting ! It could be the best in the show .

Its addition to ... more races / orientations on screens = more money from those demographics. its also news and politics so its attention which is marketing. Not saying its not going to piss people off, but in the end they know viewers they are gaining vs losing.

its much better when one side gets to cram as much politics into the show as they want, but the other side isnt allowed to mention it or notice it because that'd be "politics" i get the annoyance , seems just like marketing in the end to expanded demographics ?
