I"d agree that , in general, the skill level in a random PUG is definitely higher in VG than in WoW. That said, I"ve been grouped with a few retards in VG thus far, they"re out there ... unfortunately. But yes, overall, PUGs are much better in VG and mostly I"ve had very good experiences...
