    Not sure it's worth it though, by time 4K content is prevalent, you will probably be ready to upgrade, and mainstream 4k sets will be very reasonable.

    Pulled the trigger on the 60ST60 last fall, absolutely love the TV and very sad that Panasonic gave up on the market, but $ is king obviously. If had had to buy today, I'd either go Samsung or Vizio, Vizio has made great headway in quality it seems

    If you can buy for 600-700, then rent for 1200, I would consider it, even after repairs it could be a few hundred a month in income in the future
