Has anyone seen a good summary of both books? I read them both when they first came out but I have the worst memory when it comes to books these days, so I am really struggling to remember a lot of the specifics, but I don't want to reread the full books just to refresh myself.

I think if he balefired himself it wouldn't really do much. Given the way balefire works, wouldn't it erase things he had done a certain length from the time he got hit with balefire, which would include when he balefired himself and thus, I assume, undoing it.

Sanderson certainly brought back the love of the series for me. I read the first 9 or so books and probably could have told you no faults. Then Crossroads of Twilight came out and I went from loving the series to almost putting it down for good. I certainly was a lot more aware of the annoyances...
