I draw the line where one brings invariable interpretation (allegory, politics) and meaning to the thing. A painting of a green apple is a green apple. Not some meditation on whatever. Unless the artist meant to, in which case I usually don't like it. But that's me.
Using that video, you were the 14 yr old saying tomato is a fruit over dinner.
So if, to me, a tomato is a fruit, it doesn't mean it has to be one to you. But if, to you, it's a vegetable, you maybe shouldn't argue that position to a botanist.
