Ohh snap son, where is Cad? I need a lawyer!?! We were just talking about this in the Dindu Nuffin thread. I heard multiple people say "I'ma fuck you up" and "Ill tear you outta that car you little fuck" and it's not like he never stopped and blasted through at 50MPH. I'm just an e-armchair-lawyer but couldn't he make a 100% solid case that he feared for his life and after attempting to stop and ask for people to move(never heard the kid make threats or whatever) it started to get dangerous and he made the decision to drive?
Was waiting for this to happen after that discussion in the other thread. I support his actions whatever the result.
Side note: What the fuck is KKKolumbus Day and the protests around it?

They had surrounded his vehicle and were threatening his life. Of course he has a legal right to attempt to escape.

But the guy with the video "got that!" so I love that they will go in with their head held high, all the while providing the evidence themselves that this guy had much 2 fear and much cause to GTFO of there.

Some Indians are mad Columbus Day is an official holiday, cuz he murdered and pillaged a bunch of natives, (Bahamaians?) so bored white ppl want to protest... HOWEVER they gotta market it the proper way, and i guess the best they can come up with is KKK(c)olumbus Day.
