The BU and UW filter are worth money on their own merits outside of commander, but that's entirely tied to Cryptic Command (And the UR and RG ones every once in a while when KikiJiki is a thing in modern). Would be 100% fine with them harpooning the Filters value with a reprint here.

Instead, they'll reprint the Odyssey Filters

I preordered the invent superiority deck since I'm not sure where I want to go with commander and a preconstructed deck should work casually until I decide what I want to do with my Narset extra turns super friends deck.
A friend has a Meren deck without alteration that I'm hoping to 1v1, but I'm curious if any of these new ones are likely to be as well put together with what we've seen so far.

All 15 Partners are spoiled now, so time to start the 105 Deck Lists Project.

Ludevic is impressively disappointing.

Buttlink Naga and Sidar Kondo are making their way directly into every Doran, the Siege Tower deck.

Reyhan, the Last of the Abzan is an actually interesting general, with a relatively unique mechanical home (a +1/+1 Counter deck with a heavy emphasis on sac-outlets and combat math fuckery)... that still has problems with Wraths, but hey, dump everything on that Darksteel Myr

Regardless they seem worth the buy just based on what we've seen. Hell, the lands alone are worth it for me. Hnnnnggg gimme dem Rebecca Guay arts.

Most of the decks look pretty decent for a commander product. Amused at there only being 1 Nephilim.

Time to start working on a Decklist for Saskia. Probably just going to break down my Gisela deck and move the theme up. "Double Trouble": Double Strike, Furnace of Rath effects, Extra Attack Phases, and Saskia's Triggered ability. Somebody gonna die!

Need to grab Duelist's Heritage from the Atraxa deck too Kuro, that's how they get ya!

I mean, I was buying all 5 anyway, gotta update the 27-decks to 32 Probably going to go budget on their manabases though, don't really feel like trying to get another playset of shocks.

High test manabases in commander always seem like the biggest luxury.

You only need 8 total of each Shockland for EDH.

Example: Watery Grave is needed in: BU, BUR, BUG, BUW, BURG, BURW, BUGW, BURGW

Fetchlands are the real "god damnit you need so many" point since they aren't restricted by commander color as much. But I uh, played a lot of Onslaught and Zendikar. Like, a lot. A LOT. Odyssey+Onslaught Standard was my most successful tournament streak, and Zendikar was when I returned to the game, so I opened a shit ton of product from those two sets. Still not enough to "optimally" fetch-out my entire EDH collection and still have them available for my Modern decks though, so unless there's some high fetch-synergy (multiple Top-style effects, Landfall stuff), I tend to just run the fetches that are in the deck's color pairing. Also, shuffling a 100 card deck multiple times per round is awful.

The only old duals I own are taigas and plateaus, so my manabases aren't maxed out by any stretch Little brother sold off a big chunk of my collection during the time I wasn't playing, because he thought I wouldn't notice. So many dual lands sold for $40.

What power level are your decks? Some high, some low or all middling?

I try to have a variety of power-levels in the actual decks. We've got 11 shops in town, so I have decks I will or won't bust out based on what shop I'm at. I also keep a little "sideboard" of cards with some decks to adjust their power-level. Like, Hakim I sideboard the Treachery in or Out depending on whether the folks at the store are cool with relatively consistent infinite combos. I only have a handful of cutthroat edh decks, because that's just not how most of our locals enjoy the format. The majority of my decks are 75% decks with a theme or goal in mind. I like taking a shitty theme (like Fight cards), and trying to push it to respectable.

Things that catch my eye for new set Partner commander combos:

Akiri+Bruse: Red/White Equipment Double Down. Play some Swords to pump Akiri, give Akiri Double Strike and Life Link, do Boros things.

Kydele+Thrasios: Gogo Two Card Infinite Combos! Especially when one card starts in the comand zone, and so does your payoff card... Bit of an upfront mana cost to get running if you don't have other card draw effects, or Heartstone/Training Grounds. Draw your entire deck, then stroke the table out with blue sun's zenith.

Ravos+Tymna: Probably worse than Ayli for Cleric Tribal leader, but an easy-access anthem is welcome, and you can cast both of em for 4 mana with an Edgewalker out.

Reyhan+Silas Renn: Double Dipping Modular Bullshit Deck Get that Arcbound Ravager out and make combat math impossible.

And Sidar Kondo and Ikri Shadiqi are definitely going into Doran Butts Tribal.

Back of the Atraxa box says she "decimates" her foes. Proliferating a Poison counter brings your opponent 1/10th of the way closer to death. This makes me smile.

I'm no magic guru or anything, but I do play EDH with my friends from time to time. Not much recently, though. For a white blue green commander, I tried Phelddagrif.

The deck is MTG Deck: Hippo Deck

I didn't build any infinite combos into it cause my friends and I don't play that way. I haven't won a game with this commander, but it's fun, anyhow.

Cobbled together a weird Yidris Reanimator/Fatty deck on Friday and gave it a whirl at the game shop. Only spells below 2 mana cost are Hypergenesis, Living End, and Ancestral Vision. The vision was likely a greedy mistake. Unlike other folks at the shop who were trying to use Yidris to cascade off of expensive shit, I was trying to get free Living Deaths and Eurekas off my mana rocks and card-filter spells. Although Hard-Casting a Phantasmagorian with double cascade did feel pretty fantastic.
