The "technical issue" is that it was sprayed and vandalized again last night and had to be cleaned up and maintenanced. They monitor the camera and then when everyone leaves they spray it and then scream at the top of their lungs into the microphone for about an hour intermittently as the sun rises.

It will likely happen again tonight. As it seems to happen regularly now.

I've watched far more of this season than I should have and I've yet to see a cop. They have done pretty well at being nearby but not visible on camera. In NY there was almost always at least 1 car/cop around.

The screaming was so fucking loud, I had my headphones on my bed behind me and it still hurt my ears as they painted over the fucking thing. You need an equalizer to watch this new location or you are facing possibility of buzzkill.

I'm no tough guy, but I'd think about taking a swing at that spraycan dude. A buzzkill is no laughing matter.

SHOTS FIRED! Building owner nearby there is pissed, he told some ranting raving faggot off during his rant in front of the camera. He kept ranting after shots were fired.

Someone was taunting for shooters allegedly (didn't happen) and the owner went virtue-signalling pissed and said get fucking lost. The days in ABQ are numbered, he sounded like he intends to follow up with city council.

God damn it I missed it, chat is listening in to police scanner about the chase lol.

Good portion of the incident. The feed went down shortly after (about 1-1.5 hours later) so we can't get a longer cut. Might be missing a bit, but it covers enough of what happened.

I'm just reporting the buzz after that business owner sounded fishy to a lot of people. "You're calling for shots". Guy doesn't call for shots, seems pretty cool. "Do you know who I am?" Who talks like that? Followed by, "I own a large business back here!". Keyword "large", very awkward who talks like that, especially as a followup to "DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM BRO?" You either own a big business or a small business I'd think. His claim that poem guy is invading his space off-camera also seems a little ridiculous, he looks pretty passive.

Anyway there is speculation that this project could involve a lot of performance artists and/or is a performance artist project for Shia, as mentioned earlier here in this thread, Shia is a performance artist and has been for quite some time (at least for several years now)

The problem with this shit is:
No PD wants the extra dangers/risks
No business wants the extra security, litter, risk
No insurance wants the extra risks
He has to place these at places where it would be considered "art" and even then it is a large shitstorm for people nearby.

Even if this shooting wasn't related to the camera it is just a giant shitstorm for the areas nearby it.

Doubt it'll be back. Just hope it wasn't Lando shot, the rest I don't really care about.

My feeling this is only temporary, and completely voluntary-- for liability reasons. He is obligated to take it down after an incident like that.

After a grace period we could see it again in ABQ if not elsewhere.

Oh we'll see it again. I just doubt it'll be there. The business owners have all banded together and aside from creepy store selling extra milk and smokes none of them are enjoying the increased shitstorm.
It shouldn't have been there to begin with. Step 1 is doing it in a place that is more than 10 feet off a road. NY was even too close to such a road but at least they had a place to "perform" this one is literally on a sidewalk on a road that gets traffic.

It is creepy as fuck and odd that someone is preaching to the camera AS the shots ring out. It seems so staged that he stood there just going on and on. Either there was bunches of shots prior to that and he started preaching or he knew shots would be fired.I was actually sleeping for once so I missed everything.
