Seems like hot garbage but eh, maybe it'll see play. Kind of a counter to Jades w/ Whirlwind.

It's a strong effect and the 9 damage is really threatening, but he's mainly a tech against Jades imo. Other control decks don't flood the board so much where this is needed.

The main drawback is he's a 9 mana minion that requires a combo piece.. a specific piece (whirlwind). No other 9 mana minion has this requirement that I can think of.

Gromm being 8 mana can at least be triggered with more of a variety.

So yea, super strong effect, might be tech'd in specifically to counter Jades, maybe control warrior makes a comeback, idk.

Silver Hand stuff is back.

Stand Against Darkness + This guy for a "huge" 9 mana combo.. but I guess the Adaptation is copied, so what would even be good? +3 Health for 5 1/4 minions?

Probably hard to get good value from this and his stat line is very weak too.

Link says: Poisonous will work on effects but not deathrattle effects. So Fiery Bat WON'T Kill... Pyro/Knife Juggler will kill.

yea, nothing shown so far can give poisonous to those though.. but lots of cards to see yet

Oh, I had assumed there was a card out there that could. Like that hunter card above that adapts another beast.

That the devs had a specific answer instead of "idk, never considered that!" makes me think that very scenario is coming.

I like the card, seems good, nice new mechanic, good body.

Now to figure out where he belongs

Best idea I've read on reddit for this card is Jade druid deck... hold 1 Jade idol in hand, have 2x Auctioneers and everything else less than 4 cost. Play Hemet, everything destroyed. Next draw is 100% auctioneer.... start the jade machine.

That warlock card is great for zoo. So much 1/1 fodder usually.

The elemental cards seem good. 5 damage battlecry is strong, but it's an expensive minion at 7 mana. Servant is decent, kinda replaces Drake for elemental decks as it is a pseudo-card draw.
