Its 5:1, not 50:1. Just fyi

It's pretty close if you bet on something retarded like I did, $1650 payout for a $50 bet on McGregor to win a split decision. The $2k was a little bit exaggerated. Not a snowball's chance in hell but I like pissing away money for some reason.

Yeah you can win some big money on specific prop bets. There's a reason those odds are what they are though!

So if I'm understanding this right (I don't gamble), you win 5 dollars for every dollar you bet on McGregor? Those odds sound way too low.

Everyone is betting on Mcgregor right now so it's driving the odds down. Wait closer to the fight when a shit ton of money will be put on Mayweather then it will drive Mcgregor odds back up to where it should be +1000

Yeah prop bets are where you get the huge payouts. I remember a while back when I was living in north carolina one of my roommates buddies said he put 20 bucks on there being a safety in the superbowl and won 300:1 on it (could've been lying, I have no clue) but i've never heard of any crazy numbers on something like a straight up win/loss style bet.

Maybe. He cant sustain his current lifestyle. After the Connor fight he will probably have fun for another 8 months and then Ellerbe will probably reign him in.

So i think he could maintain a nest egg for the future he just has to tone it down. He just sold like 12 cars a couple of months ago so he is feeling the vortex of the drain.

Let's see what we've got so far:

1) Auctioning off 12 one-of-a-kind collectible cars had nothing to do with this.

2) Coming out of retirement to fight a 0-0 boxing record had nothing to do with this.

3) Risking his life legacy in his 40's had nothing to do with this.

4) The IRS saying in 2016 give us some money or we will torch your house and seize your home had nothing to do with this.

5) Litigating against the IRS suddenly in 2017 on a 2015 tax debt, because he is "lazy" (spit water everywhere on this one)

6) suing the IRS while they are threatening to seize his assets if he doesn't cough up the money RIGHT NOW, see #5. "Lazy" my ass.

But he's got other accounts (PLURAL)

Think about it he probably owed 17 to 36 million in taxes in 2015 and hasnt satisfied that contribution.

It might seem like 36 million is nothing when you have 500 million but its still a substantial amount. He probably just delayed and delayed until the Feds said "look what happened to Mike Tyson, just settle Mr.Mayweather."

I'm shocked that some boxer who can't read is also really bad with his money.

I see no point in watching this unless McGregor aint in it for the cash and just wants to make a point with a quick take down to a nasty choke out.
