Panera Bread (Bread Co. for you flyover state bumpkins) has some truly legit stuff. Cinnamon crunch bagel and a dark roast coffee is one of my go-to weekend breakfasts when I have a treat yo self day. I feel like it is a very underrated fast food place.

Their hot chocolate is also amazing.
I have the frequent flyer card but don't eat there as often as I once did due to my job fucking me on lunch time.
The corp. is headquartered here in St. Louis...Sunset Hills to be more exact and all the stores here are run under the name St. Louis Bread Co., but yeah Panera every place else.
They are very philanthropic as well and feed many people with direct donations of food.

I'd be tempted to think it's in their food supply chain, with all the hippy dippy antiobiotic-free blah-blah-blah stuff that seems to breed food supply corruption left and right.

Except it's a virus, so obviously the "no antiobiotics" part is irrelevant.

Organic vegetables, especially leafy greens, do tend to be more likely to be contaminated with e. coli due to the use of "natural" fertilizer and hand washing won't help with that. I like to think that this is just karma for their sanctimonious ads where they paint agriculture as some sort of evil toxic horror show (yes I am inordinately butt hurt over those ads).

That looks super good, but being Japan I'm sure it's made from used panties or something.

The vending machines at work have been going through some product changes over the last few weeks, and I've found at least 4 different kinds of honey buns/cinnamon rolls. I always make sure to try any new product I find in the vending machines.

Big Texas Cinnamon Roll was the one we've generally had and the one I see most frequently. It's alright, but it's really lacking in icing and there isn't much cinnamon flavor. The icing is really solid, so it tends to fall off in chunks as you're eating it. I've got little bits of icing down between the keys on my keyboard because of that design flaw. It's really just a big lump of sweet bread. That said, it does have a pretty nice size.

This is one of the old go-tos that I used to eat in high school. I've only seen this one a handful of times lately (and it might be a different brand than this picture), but I really like it. You can't go wrong with an glazed honey bun. I always eat it at room temp, never microwave. Still, I prefer iced ones to glazed ones.

Speaking of iced honey buns, Mrs. Freshley KILLS it with this bad boy. This is one of my all-time favorite vending machine foods. Super moist and the icing coats the entire thing. Really messy to eat and my poor keyboard needs wiping down afterwards, but totally worth it.

Finally my absolute favorite vending machine pastry: Mrs. Freshley's Cinnamon Swirl Bun. This is the perfect combination of honey bun and cinnamon roll. It's got a great coating of glazed-style icing and it packs a cinnamon punch that is just delightful. A++ do recommend if you see it in a vending machine.

back about 13 years ago, the security guard gig i had, i mostly ate out of the vending machine, and these cinnamon rolls are way better if you microwave them for 5 seconds or so.

The Wendy's Queso items are thing to try (although everybody saying not fries)
Disclaimer: I only had it once; it was 11 am and I stopped drinking that day at 5 am

I ordered it the way it was. Fucker rang me up for a double. I was more in a challenge accepted mood, so I ate. and it was glorious. Definitely not a car burger.
I went back a got a spoon and finished up, scraping the box.
I'm sorry to the guy who had no bacon, because my bacon was perfect - crisp on every bite.
the meat was noticeably fakey, but it worked well with the cheese. It was practically meatloaf, or beef flavored stuffing. I'm not even sure chicken would work.
6.25/10

I would like to return and get taco salad add queso.

bought wife a single afterwards. her enjoyment was physically recognizable. She agreed it's a niche, not everyday burger.

Today I had pizza hut and it was undercooked and undercheesed. almost took a picture of one of the slices, i swore it only had two shred-links of cheese.
