I think Van is maybe missing, solo is vs other solo's, teams in teams, so no, playing solo isn't pointlessly extra hard other than you are relying on yourself and dont get a resurection state if you fuck up.
But... I still like it, lots more chances to play tactical/smart. (Like not shooting even if kill might be easy due to revealing self to others/letting them kill each other.) In teams it's always a bit more hectic and more of a brawl since unless you get them in the open, downing someone usually gets picked up in cover and never know who's discovering who and usually can't listen as well if teamates chatty in voice. So is it just reported TKs that will get you smacked? I'm hoping they won't punish folks for killing their teammates who lag out to get their gear based on the number of TKs you have on your account. Granted, I don't have that many, but after enough games I can imagine anyone racks up double digits.

it should have just been a warning saying, hey dont do that, not a flat out ban. Playerunknown was just swinging his dick around, then when DR started saying he was going to kick him in the chest (obviously) joking, Playerunknown bitched out like a little girl. lol Its like come on dude, he's not going to kick you in the chest. Hell for an early access game who gives a fuck. Nor did I see it exactly listed anywhere? This drama was first I heard of it. Never experienced since I dont play with rando's though. But it's not like a troll TK exactly sets you back a lot of time instantly queing a new game.

Just picked this up, fuck is it fun !
Seems like people grab a sniper/scope then race to camp the final area and just pick off peeps as they arrive.
I'll try to land where there is better loot once I git gud, but for now just having a blast learning how to get around before eventually getting sniped.
Was a miracle I managed to come in 16th once, because I have no fucking clue what I'm doing...
