Yes hole ghosts with a 48+ ench able to keep a pet locked down is going to dominate lguk in every way possible. You don't always get that group combination though, atleast not with pugs.

Problem with that camp is most of the people in it are lvl 50 and shit. I've been waiting as a 45+ tank for a while to get in, and no fucking luck. I have to do shitty slab/ramp garbage with low 40's who shouldn't even be in the zone yet.

I remember when The Hole first opened up on Agnarr I built a group of 4 enc (w/ charmed rogue pets), cleric, and me. It was disgusting.

Man these <My Pants> guys, had base liek for 2 weeks, havent harassed em at all. Just went to kill magus and one of the fucks run up and charms him, of course my audio trigger fails and lost it. Now I get to go harass them at efreeti for their brother's sins. Why is magus still charmable ??

my audio trigger seems to be fail though. setupone for "begins to cast a spell. <Allure>" and doesnt work.

Also on the topic of epics, I wish the server could implement the 1.5 at the end of LDoN somehow. So that we could 'finish' our characters with epic weapons. Basically as it stands now your final weapons will be time loot. Which isnt very class defining and kinda lame.

time weapons are better then the 1.5 for like 90% of the classes sadly.

What casual raiding guilds are there? Trying to find one for my pops to check out, he's got a necro. Probably like 2-3x a week, instanced raiding no later than maybe 11 pm est end time.

We raid Mon-Tues-Thurs-Sat right now at 7est. Probably cutting a day in Kunark.

I joined a random casual so my RL noob friends can play too and joined Flames of Revenue, not bad if you can handle basically a super p99 type attitude guild. Pretty fucking bad if you can't, lol

I see p1999 "players" and "attitudes" referenced a lot. As someone who never played on p1999 can you elaborate on what exactly this attitude or player is like?

Yeah man I have like 10-15 friends that havn't played since 1999 original, so we needed a zerg guild that would accommodate a lot of different play skills and participation and all that. Of those only about 4 are still around as you could have guess lol. A p99 attitude is like, when someone else is on island 6 in sky and islands 2-5 are open and fully popped, but the leadership says something like , "welllllll, we have a good relationship with this guild so we'll just leave so we don't mess that up and they just leave. I don't play much with my 2 little younglings, but its definitely p99 to think other people care about shit like that. They're not a bad bunch, just kind of different from the Phinny guys I was used to :p

Wow they sound like terrible people... I understand how us oldskewlers play this game for nostalgia but new people playing, interesting heh. Speaking of drama, it seems the agnarr reddit doesn't tolerate it. Is there any forum where I can read up on all juicey drama going on?
