I'm definitely not going back to third person. It's OK for spectators sometimes but first person is such better gameplay, at least for me. And the majority I guess.

I definitely agree, mostly due to the bullshit of hiding behind stuff and getting sniped.

My only complaint is they really need to get the leaderboard activated for it. We've been winning significantly more, and last night I think there was only 1 game we didn't finish top 5. In fact, I think outside of 2 games we finished top 3 every time. It's not that I don't like winning, but it feels like a lot of these people really suck. And we're a bunch of old guys, too.

Yea that kind of stuff only works if they don't aim the tires for someone. If you're gonna run someone over, aim for the tire, not the already-partially-off-the-ground middle of the vehicle

This game has way to much fucking camping! it needs to be called camping grounds instead of battlegorunds. Solo's uck ass, squads and duo's are ok though.

well, it happens in all versions, but ast least in duo and squads, you have a chance to revive.

Play first person and pick up lots of frag grenades. Clearing houses without the 3rd person camera and liberal use of the softball grenade pitch is fucking hilarious fun these days.

First person still feels janky as fuck but it's growing on me.

Watching the gamescom tournament was such a letdown. Shitty observer mode, bad commentating...60 people alive in the last 3-4 circles. One game ended with everyone in the fucking water.



Thrilling.

They REALLY need to turn down the RNG. I can't even imagine how frustrated I would be if I were playing for thousands of dollars and got bad RNG. Bad loot and a bad circle can easily put you into a spot you're unable to play out of, and I've seen that a LOT so far in solos and duos. I don't watch PUBG to watch someone gamble, I watch it because I want to see highly skilled players rip shit up. If you get fucked on loot, you're not going to be able to outplay a dude with an M4/sniper who got good loot RNG when you got fucked and have a shotgun/uzi.

Sure, you could get lucky and camp in a spot and get the circle every time, forcing the other people who may have gotten good loot to come into your range, but more often than not the circle RNG will bend you over like a bitch.

I think the map is too big and too empty. Bad RNG /loot and having to hoof it half way across the map sucks.
