I've seen you mention these a few times but I only just got around to picking up a bag. They've only got them in Whole Foods here and I hate wading through the hipsters and soccer moms. But god damn, these are quite possibly the best chips I've ever had. They actually live up to being "spicy," and I found my nose sniffling as I ate them on the way home. A+++++ will buy again and even worth going to Whole Foods for.

Fuck Whole Foods they sell them at giant. They are in the deli section not chip aisle.

When it comes to chips these fucking things are amazing. Sadly I can never find Spicy Thai fucking anywhere.

Not seen Spicy Thai, but yet to be disappointed with one of their flavors I've tried. The Hawaiian BBQ in particular - magnifique!

On another snack note that I've not seen mentioned here...

How many things wrong can you count in this picture?

kzKis8F.jpg

1. Pringles are the worst potato chips. Worse than corn chips. Better than most Cheezy Poofs and crackers though.
2. Pizza isn't "a" flavor, it's a combination of a lot of good flavors, and attempting to condense it down to "pizza flavored" anything always fails to deliver an authentic pizza flavor.
3. The pineapple is obviously under cooked.
4. This is way too much work for too little reward. Pringles are meant to be eaten "whatever number you can fit in your mouth at once" at a time. One chip at a time? Assembly required?? No.
5. Is that literally a silver platter? GAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!
6. The general theme appears to be maximum stupidity, but why are there no dips available? No ketchup? No salsa? No bean dip? No ranch? No guac? Low effort, imo.

Nah, not in my local Giant. There are no chips anywhere near the deli section, and they don't even have these in the organic section.

With Amazon WF I expect things will get better.

Closest WF is like an hour away, otherwise I would be looking forward to whatever Amazon does to integrate them with Prime

I've never seen the Spicy Thai or New York Cheddar. I'm a big fan of their buffalo flavor, though. Tried their Carolina BBQ flavor for the first time recently and was underwhelmed, but I'm not a massive fan of vinegar, which I know is the whole point of that flavor.

I don't know what brand that is. Is it regional?

Spicy foods are sort of my forte if you will

Route 11 chips so mid Atlantic. They aren't fake dave's insanity hot. Just delicious natural habanero powder hot with a perfect crunch.

I ordered 4 bags of those doritos, I can't wait until tomorrow, probably going to blow through 2 or 3 bags immediately.

The thing that struck me most about Mama Zuma's was that they were hot while also having tons of real flavor. Most truly spicy stuff just makes your mouth burn, but you could taste the bbq/habanero flavoring in addition to the pure fiery heat.
