Obviously created by a millennial, as the internet didn't even exist in modern form in the 80s. There was no "surfing" the internet in the 80s and JPEGs weren't even really around until the 90s. This scenario would have been far more likely circa 1995-2000 for most people. Pre-modern internet there were some oddball image formats and standalone porn executables you could download that floated around local BBS systems, and probably Prodigy, etc.

I remember downloading executables probably a megabyte in size, that when you ran them had a low-res horrible image on your also horrible monitor, and they took an hour to download, but woo, porn!

You wouldn't have been looking at a browser waiting for a porn image to load though. RUSTLED.
