Went to Arby's to try and sweet talk an early release deer sandwich. said was loaf like turkey and cutting into it early would ruin the rest.

ok, i get my chance to have the Chicken Bacon Swiss that I've been craving..

recipe changed: old - chicken bacon small swiss honey mustard; new - (stuff) lettuce and tomato.
ratio is all off. bread change was moot. and HM was even different from what I remembered. The chicken was f'n planks like how I complained about for chic-fil-a
basically chicken is like stacked wafers now and it fucks with the texture. 4/10

pizza slider is without sauce is superior 5/10

I'm a sucker for a good cashew and these were most excellent.

So finally tried that queso at Chipotle. Not worth it. It's like powdered cheese recondensed. It's just not what I would expect from Chipotle. I want chorizo back.

Found a chip/dip combo that was suprisingly excellent. Cool Ranch Doritos + On the Border White Queso.

I give it 9/10 Mcheeses.

Went to Chik-Fil-A today, apparently we're a test market for Spicy GRILLED chicken sandwiches - tried it, wasn't too shabby definitely had a similar flavor profile to the regular spicy, bread they put it on was amazing as was the lime-cilantro sauce it came with (although it really only tasted like lime to me, for those that don't remember, I'm the oddball that can't taste cilantro in any way soapy or savory).

It was a solid combination of two things I already enjoyed and pretty much exactly how I'd have expected it to be if I was asked to envision combining them. (Spicy Chicken + Grilled Chicken)

Great but no real surprises either besides the bun being amazeballs. (I think it was like an Oatmeal Honey Wheat if I had to guesstimate... had some sweetness, some oat or wheat bits on top, light brown color, etc)

Air frier thing is fantastic. If you like fries and other things they cook up great in them. Wings too. Also I have been doing homemade spring rolls in them and god damn they come out really well. I need to try a couple baked potatoes and might come back with that info later.

It really is just a small convection oven but the nice thing is it doesn't heat up the whole house, nor stink up the place like the grease fryers do.

Does it reheat pizza as well as a convection oven does?

Went to Qdoba the other day. Never make that mistake again. Returned to Chipotle today.

It's hard to pinpoint why Chipotle is better, but it just is. I do like Qdoba's queso, though.

The queso is the only win Qdoba has over Chipotle.

The bums at Qdoba didn't even wrap my burrito right. Shit fell apart as soon as I sat down.

Well none of them can properly wrap a burrito. So that's a wash between them.

I'm still underwhelmed with mine, use it more like an oven then a fryer like you said. But it's much faster and easier to clean than an oven.
still fiddling with my ratios and trying hard not to go youngbuck-hogwild and overeat.

found two pieces of freezer-burned texas toast from god knows when. 385 for 4 mins and came out perfect.

My 10 pc spicy nuggets at BK seemed old and squishy. Not anywhere near as good as Wendys.

Qdoba has more variety which is a plus over Chipotle. But I think Baha Fresh is better than Qdoba and they have a really similar menu. In terms of burrito bowls I think Chipotle is better than either.

They did have them here. Breading seemed different a hair thicker and some other flavors going on. If describe it as slightly black peppered and nowhere near spicy in any way. Probably first bk item I've liked and didn't cause extreme innard distress.

So while not spicy, pretty edible.
