I think so. Maybe not QUITE as crunchy, but they still had a nice crunch. I actually didn't even realized they were baked until I read your post and looked at the bag again.

I think I know what you will say, but I am going to ask anyways:

Why finish a bag of chips you don't like?

I assume they are lime, ginger, sweet flavored.

I managed to get the last Venison sandwich at Arby's. I have only had venison a couple times and both times it was in sausage form. Overall it wasn't bad. It didn't taste gamey at all or off putting. I think it works as a novelty sandwich.

Excited to try arbys new fried turkey sammies. Cajun in particular. Also have a cookie butter shake. (batter? basically like that cookie flavor I think that I posted the sandwhich spread of earlier)


I was an hour early to one of the 3 nationwide locations for elk. $7/each. 8th in line and was 30 or so at opening with many showing up right as it opened. Seemed like the few remaining conservatives in CO were all there in hunting regalia.


I think for most, it wasn't great as most are used to processed type stuff that is soft. This was essentially a fairly soft steak on a bun for both of them. And being a real cut of meat, in both I had gristle/tendon. Taste was fairly good but I think I'd prefer them on a plate with a little sauce instead of on their sandwhich. I think per one FB post I saw chipping/kabob slicing them woulda worked better or really just making them into burger. (My last 2lbs of elk I got from family I burgerized and did with BBQ similiar to arbys last year and was amazing)

Even if it wasn't amazing, I'm very happy they did this. Continuing to love their revitalized marketing in the last few years. They even had camo or antler arbys emblem shirts for all the employee's.

The venison and elk were sous vide apparently.

I don't know french.....

I'd eat the hell out of those.

An app for fast food? why...

Took 5 minutes to get in, order, pay, get food, and leave. Even crazy crowded (drive through line was probably 15min wait at least, lazy fat asses that won't just walk in).

Also I eat this shit 1-2 times a year

So I devoured all of these.

They were all delicious other than the awful Moscow Mule flavor. The Honey Dijon were actually a really nice surprised. I didn't think I was going to like them, but I ended up doing the whole bag in a sitting without even realizing it. Much sadness when I reached in and realized there were only crumbs left. Hawaiian BBQ was tasty, but I think I prefer a more traditional BBQ. Still, they were a nice change of pace.

I also picked up a North Carolina BBQ, Jalapeno, and Buffalo Bleu that weren't pictured. Of those three, the North Carolina BBQ were my least favorite (although still good). I'm not a massive fan of vinegar chips and obviously those were super vinegary.

Overall, Mama Zuma's blew them all away.
