Im telling you guys Lucasfilm is as anal about this shit as a cat lady is about her little owl figurines. The devs have to have them sign off on everything from colors down to sounds and what npc even say. So yeah, good luck with pink darth vader skin, or zombie trooper, lul.

It's a crock of shit that you can't do cosmetics in Star Wars. There are plenty of cosmetic options. Granted these would require new art assets and not just recolouring a character but if they truly cared (they don't) they could create a pretty good argument for cosmetics that fit in canonically.

29.99 and she flirts with you in the main menu. You have to of course collect all the flirts first via Loot Crates.

Fuck, given the average storm trooper, having a zombie trooper might improve their aim.

Here is what the Dipshit CFO of EA had to say.

I face palm every time this idiot opens up his yap.

This stuff is, without a doubt, here to stay. It is faaaaaaar too profitable for them to just give up on. It is easy and cheap as fuck to build an RPG system into a game then slice up and sell those numbers to people. And by god will people PAY for those slivers of numbers. It is frightening how effective and profitable it is to build fake progression into a game for almost nothing and then sell it through obfuscation for prices that would make your head spin. They don't want people that look for value, or want to pay a fair price for actual content, we just don't make them enough money.

My honest advice to everyone is just to write them off. Do what I did and forget about them. You aren't EA's (or companies like them) customer anymore and they don't want or care about you. I've haven't bought or played an EA game since their games went exclusively to Origin and I never bothered making an account. I don't feel like I've missed a thing.

Meanwhile I picked up Hollow Knight blind during the Autumn sale and it is better than any game EA has made in probably 2 decades. My only regret was that I bought it on sale when they deserved more money, so I went back and just bought the soundtrack.

This is hilarious, just tried a hero game today morning and 6 of the 8 players were botting, spinning in circles.

I am a Battlefield fan historically but only in so much as its development and not its publishing. These days I say let EA burn. Another far better publisher and development house will replace it once it is ashes. If I owned this particular Disney/EA game I think I would go out of my way to build an exploit to the ptw system, just to prove the point of it by devaluing their entire project, one penny at a time.

I pay you when you make a good game. I do not pay you when you try to trick me into falling for some bullshit pseudo-gambling scheme. It's a fairly simple standard imo. Even a sociology major should be able to grasp it.

Rolling Out with Credit Changes
It's been a busy few weeks for Star Wars™ Battlefront™ II. We’re excited to have launched the game to the world, but recognize that there have been some challenges along the way. We have learned a lot, and are making adjustments to the game to ensure the best experience possible. On Tuesday, an update is rolling out that begins the Star Wars™ Battlefront™ II The Last Jedi Season by kicking off factional challenges, letting you choose a side and start competing for rewards as either The First Order or The Resistance.

Today, an update went live that includes some adjustments to the economy and progression. While these are only some initial steps toward making much larger changes, some of these are ready to roll, and are available starting today.

The end-of-round payout has been increased. This is an area we agree needed to be buffed a bit, especially when it comes to rewarding players for doing well in-game. We're upping the number of Credits you get for a match across the board, and specifically bumping the top players on each team by even more.

Earn 3X more Credits daily in Arcade Mode. It's been made clear that you were hitting the Arcade Mode Credit cap faster than we expected, so we wanted to alleviate that by increasing it to 1500 Credits. While we're still looking into ways to add more content into it the mode in the long-term, we think that this should help in the near-term for those who want rewards for completing the different scenarios.

Daily Login Crates will now provide more crafting parts than before. You'll notice the change right away when you log in. Crafting the Star Cards you want will help make sure you're progressing in the direction you want, and we absolutely wantto empower that. This should help you get where you want to go faster when it comes to crafting and upgrading.

Things kick into high gear over the next few weeks, during the Star Wars™ Battlefront™ II The Last Jedi Season, with free* heroes, maps, and vehicles. Stormtrooper-turned-hero Finn joins the fight for the Resistance and Captain Phasma steps on to the battlefront for the First Order. New locations and vehicles will also arrive: you can fight on the ground on the salt-covered planet of Crait in Galactic Assault mode, or take to space in the Starfighter Assault map of D'Qar (flying Tallie Lintra's RZ-2 A-wing, a vehicle you'll be seeing in the film).

And, of course, Iden Versio returns in Star Wars™ Battlefront™ II Resurrection during the days of the First Order’s rise to power. These new chapters of Star Wars™ Battlefront™ II’s single-player story mode will be available December 13.

So pretty interesting, free new story DLC and balance changes around the entirely shitty progression system. I can definitely tell the credit changes are huge, I played a game of H v V today morning and before I'd get 150-250 credits (based on how long the game lasted) and this game I got 1175 credits and #1 on team (everyone was AFKing). I got 225 credits for just AFKing and not doing a thing so a big gap but not sure big enough. They really need to fix the AFK thing.

Limits in arcade mode, not in multiplayer. You can farm credits in multiplayer 24/7. as it should be, if you ever played the game, you would know the arcade mode is offline and its fucking trivial.

Why would I want to play with cocksuckers that spent 2,100 dollars and shit all over the fun factor this game offers? Surely you see the problem with this.

Have video proof of people shitting all over players and it's Reddit tier bullshit, why are you defending this so hard? Why can't I farm credits in Arcade mode? You'd rather me use a rubber band in multiplayer mode and just run in circles?

By spending $2100? Again, get the fuck out of here. for one no amount of money spent in game (and you cant even buy shit in it anyways since live game launched) will help you get purple star cards. You have to play the game since purple star cards dont drop from crates, they have to be crafted, which have level limits meaning you have to play the shit out of this game in order to level to craft purple cards.

So that video of that dude that paid to win is bullshit, since you cant buy purple cards, that fuckker had to farm the shit out of this game and play it to reach level 25 in order to craft those purple cards. But hey, lets call a youtube video pay to win so sheep like you can continue your holy war against EA, lol.

So you're telling me that the video evidence of a fully decked out PAID for Bobba Fett shitting all over everyone and being un-killable is wrong and misleading?

I think I'm done here, I'm not going to argue the point any further with you. You're a part of the small majority that seems to have no issue with these types of business practices and if you're having fun with it, more power to you. The rest of us will use our monies to buy good games.

Exactly what I said. Its misleading and wrong. Since 1. You cant buy shit in this game since live release. 2. Purple star card have level requirements (lv25 star card level and lv25 player level to craft a purple) 3. You cant buy levels, you have to play the game. 3. purple cards dont drop from crates. Maybe that was beta or some shit? LOL?

Go play the trial and see for yourself. Fake news bro. To fool lemmings like you into an outrage.

No thank you, I won't give EA or you the satisfaction of playing some hallway shooter with whales shitting on plebs. I make my decision based of evidence provided and word of mouth, you can go try to convince Eve to taste that apple.
