Tuco is too close to the crime scene to be allowed to mod here. his failure to disclose the sale and his opposition to the rerexit are also evidence that he may have a financial interest in the sale of the board.

If we have a moderator vote and Tuco is up for it, I'm voting against him.

Good intentions, or stuck in between a rock and a hard place, or not, the fact is that he has worked hard to make his word not worth a good goddamn over there in the past couple of years, and him begging innocence now simply is a stretch too far for me to fully buy.

I'll presume incompetence over malice, and why would I vote for an incompetent?

Tuco is alright for a bean-dipper. As much as he's a shit, he's the ONLY ONE of all the amods there that took accountability for Draegan's actions.
