Not sure really, but my gut feeling is that everything else besides something like Titucius' Span -> Lycosidae is equally low odds, with much worse profit if you actually hit. Even the tower shield thing has a chance of giving a worthless Trolltimber instead, and Lycosidae isn't that valuable this league anyway.

As for chests, there's only Kaom's and Inpulsa's (maybe Shroud? I'm not sure if Abyss items are eligible or not) that are worth a good amount if they aren't socketed and linked. All super high req. level so no way to cheese them either.

Trying to get into this, casual. Tired of the lack of respec options. Told it's better to follow specific build guides. Anyone recommend a source of these? Thinking of a Witch. Or the ranger.

I look for builds on the official class forums.

How do I get memory fragments 6-10 with the least # of maps run? Can I drag Elder out to a T15 by going 11 12 13 14 15, then pick up the fragments in reverse order so I only have to run each map twice? Or do I have no choice but to run each map 3x before moving up to the next tier?
Nm, not doing that. I forgot you could buy shaped maps where your elder blob is and just run them to get the frags.

Next question though, anyone know what happens if you have guardians on your atlas and buy shaped maps to run them? Do they count as red and drop frags 11-14?

You can respec ascendancy. 5 Regret per point. You can even do it in normal which is nice. Just need access to the alter thingie at the end of the lab.

Also I also can't imagine coming into this game new. I have over 1000 hours logged and I still feel like a noob. It's like there are people that are a above me who have killed all the stuff. Then there are people like Korrupt and Jonkimble who just shit out exalts due to their knowledge of how to flip and how to run maps super effeciently. Then there are people even above that still who could tell you exactly how the phys to fire conversion unique amulet that only procs when you heal your pet works specifically with some other conversion technique(don't even think thats an item btw, but I wouldn't be surprised because I'm still discovering new items I either don't remember or are coming back in fasion)

It's the exact reason I don't play Warframe. Shit looks cool as fuck but the amount of content and getting into it is just super daunting to me.

Warframe is D3 level shit compared to PoE.

Whats the process for trying on the gem corrupter? I know you want a level 20 gem, but do you need it to be 20 quality to get the 21/20 roll or can i t just be 0 quality and go up to 20 quality with the roll?

The ultimate suck. Not a fan of labs. Went thru uber and I don't think I took any damage at all. Kill Izaro last fight. Boom instant death after he died from 100% life to 0%,dead. Didn't make it to spend ascendancy points. Not sure what happened.

At least got an exalt drop today. Ran lab again and no issues.

Sadly, I tried it on my 20/20 arc (I had 2 of them, NEVER corrupt something you can't afford to lose!) and it corrupted into 19/0, which basically fucked the gem completely. Outside of poofing it, probably the worst possible outcome.

Best possible outcome is converting a 20/20 to Vaal 21/20, aside from the handful of gems that actually benefit significantly from both +1lvl and +3%Q. Arc being one of them, since not everyone cares about Vaal Arc. Looks like Increased Critical Strikes is another popular one.

it’d be nice to reach a point in the game where I could come up with my own viable builds but at this point I can’t even slightly modify a known build without making it worse. The people who come up with these crazy unique specific builds, it’s just nuts. It’s gotta be just a hobby sitting there in front of pob going at it.
I think someone here came up with their own build and managed to do Uber elder with it? That’s pretty awesome, for me I would consider that as ‘beating the game’

Yes, you can't corrupt an item that is already corrupted. Also, I'm starting to wonder about the ilvl. Reddit said 38-40, but if you look at a trade site you will see that 38-39 is dirt cheap and 40 is sold out below 5-10c depending on time of day. I think Reddit is correct because you obviously didn't need the exact ilvl for Lycosidae sploiting and I don't see any reason HH would be different. That said, I haven't gotten an HH yet...

Yeah I'd love to make Ngamahu ball toss great again, since the version I played in Harbinger was like an order of magnitude better than any other build I've seen. It's such a pain in the ass to go from PoB theory to a fully functional build in a new league though. Especially with a skill like MS that PoB already has no idea how to calc dps for, and then you add the Ngamahu proc on top. I'd pretty much have to make my own spreadsheet for it, and ain't nobody got time for that. So I stick to playing stuff that is kind of cool but ultimately just pales completely compared to what I remember from Harb.

I still have no idea how conversions work in this game. Like what comes first in conversions, what total does it take, etc.

Yeah, I got the two tables mixed up. Corrupted won't matter for the sacrifice one.
