Since I, Tip, have actually done what is called Entertainment Law in the city of what is called Century where I spent months and months at different times staring at the CAA Death Star at 2000 Avenue of the Stars from two different vantage points, visiting ICM which, as you know, is located in the former MGM (sign removed) building about a block away from 2000 Avenue of the Stars, to help a Producer who wanted to sell a couple of different reality shows (though we mostly did the right thing and ignored Century City and visited actual exec producers in various locations - but whateve).
