Yah, I mean, if someone were to shoot out your window, say from the street, you would hear one to a series of loud bangs. How do I know this? I live in the hood, and have had several shots fired around my place. Trust me, you can hear it. They sound like firecrackers, but they have a distinctive sound to them.

Ninja's fanbase usually only goes for Fortnite. The only reason Ninja had massive Blackout viewers earlier is because Blizzard was sending people to his stream when they advertised the beta twitch promo. After that ended, his numbers dropped and Shroud's stayed pretty high.

There's a meme joke hidden somewhere in there. Most of Ninja's fanbase can't convince their parents to shell out money for BLOPS4, when Fortnite is free. That could make a difference as well.

[H]ardOCP: YouTube Creates a Gaming Destination Page and Retires Gaming App

YouTube has finally done away with the awful YouTube Gaming app and has given the gaming category its own destination page. Youtube/gaming will be the home of live-streams for gaming in the future. Someone finally listened to feedback and placed the gaming live-streams at the top of the page instead of mixing them in with years old videos. Now if we can just get the regular live-streams from creators that we are subscribed to placed at the top of the main YouTube page I would jump for joy.

I've watched a few non-game related streams on YT and it didn't seem too bad, although I have no interest in browsing more than one site to find someone to watch

I avoid twitch chat (I've already had Cancer. Don't need any more) for the most part, so no, but it doesn't surprise me. It was bound to happen once they were bought out.

My only real concern towards the hiring is how it might influence the staff to be even more ridiculous when it comes to disciplining streamers with a heavy dose of double standards. And it would not surprise me at all it it ended up influencing whatever decision making process they have when it comes to featuring streamers.
