I wasn't around my new home last year (family issues), i learned that this happens to my cul de sac too, all the blacks and poor whites get bus'd in. The neighbors say that they start their kids at around 6 to hit around the cul de sac and associated streets.
I had no problem ignoring halloween kids when i was living in apts or whatever, screw them, however now w/ a home and planning for a kid... gotta make nice w/ these idiots.
but fuck those poor fucks getting bus'd in.
