I would say considering every action you take has en effect on the world, much less the enormous amounts of content, features, and way more than likely some alternate graphical templates (Ala phasing possibly) to reflect those actions, it's going to be quite a bit from an asset perspective.

Also someone may have read a spec on a box. Last time this happened CoDWW2 was supposed to require 80gb minimum, and turned out install size was 56gb.

Regardless, anyone who doesn't have an external (At least 2tb) drive cannot call themselves true gamers and should go to their local microcenter/hop online on amazon to quit being so awful.
My understanding is it's less "phasing", and more character scripting. Unless there was some environmental development I haven't heard about (like, buildings being created or destroyed). More NPC's will show up and/or interact differently based on your previous actions. Apparently they removed the big letter on the map from the primary quest to allow for you to get lost in side quests and cause all kinds of fuckery to happen depending on the order in which you complete them, and the actions you take within each. Save a bitch on the side of the road, she gives you a free night at the brothel, where you pick up gonorrhea, pass it to another whore, whose husband will try to kill you when he contracts it.

I'm looking forward to the situation where you've done multiple things outside of the city, and you come to the saloon and two different gangs are out to kill you, and they end up attacking each other, ala Monster Hunter.

One of the Youtube preview videos I saw, said they recorded all the mission dialogue TWICE. Once from face to face distance and once from yelling or shouting distance. The amount of detail Rockstar puts into their games never ceases to astound me.

1) Yep you need a pro. 2) Good news is with the Pro you do not need to upgrade your Blu-Ray player as the Pro's Blu-Ray player has a better laser for fast-timing disc read enablement. It also comes stock with a 4-ray magnetized coupling dock sensor array for smooth data functioning down the 69-path pipe. Things a beast. And definitely, pro in every sense of the word.

3) Definitely get a USB 3.0 drive or a new internal SSD/Hybrid. USB is easier obviously.

But that's not the only thing you need to become a Pro gamer.

Yeaj you need to have cum covered wifu pillow cause only bads stoop to fucking real women, baka.

That's similar to what was done for Spider-Man, a bunch of audio was recorded twice - once for normal dialog and another 'exerting' to be used while swinging.

This game is going to be unreal. I cannot wait. Currently not happy with the current state of WoW and I been playing it less. I've been playing Dragonquest 11(which is an amazing game) to keep me occupied until this releases.

That footage looks so damn good. Was that demoed on a PC or console?

New gameplay vid looks pretty hot. But I got a lot on my plate to catch up with so... it's taking a huge backseat.

Same here, but everything else can take a backseat. No way I could actually bring myself to play other games, when a game with this pedigree and hype launches.

Yeah this is where you tell your backlog to stay logged. A game like this comes around once every five years.

This game absolutely does not deserve to take a back seat. It is front and fucking center. Only thing I've actually been hype for in a long ass time. The first one is literally the best game I've played in over a decade, and when it came out my friends looked at me weird when I was so hype about it. Churned through that amazing fucking story in a few days. 26 hours played in less than three days... Yeah, I was into it. I've been longing for a game like that again.

Spiderman was a quick hit to the vein. Not a whole hell of a lot else I'm chomping at the bit to play right now.

Xbox One X is quite a bit more powerful than the PS4 isn't it? It's been a few years (that I can remember) that games were dumbed down to make things "equal". PS4 was always more powerful than the regular Xbox One, but seemed that console games never took advantage of that in the early years. However, since the Pro developers have adapted more a PC version line of thinking that increases the game performance based on the actual ability of the consoles.

So guessing the Xbox One X will have a more stable framerate than the Pro. I'm not buying one though for just this game. PS Pro version now and a very high probability of a double dip for the PC version if I like this game as much as the first game.

As to backlog, mine is in the thousand + hour mark considering all the RPGs I haven't finished, but this game is instantly at the front of the line. Only game that would put this in my backlog is if CD Project Red did a surprise release of Cyberpunk. Not even aware of a game in production at the moment that would put this in my backlog other than that.

yeah X is theoretically 30-50% more powerful than PS4 Pro, end results tend to be mixed. Mostly PS4 Pro games use checkerboard 4k output while X will usually do native 4K. For the first half of the year third party games mostly were parity between PS4 Pro / X but now the X is slightly pulling ahead, for example AC Odyssey has a longer draw distance and higher res on X vs Pro.

I tend to pretty much prefer buying all my new SP games on X now, and haven't really been disappointed. Multiplayer heavy games I'll still do on PS4 Pro though, I find just more people play on that platform but I doubt its much of a difference really.

a rockstar dev posted this as the game resolutions

Xbone X - Native 4k
PS4 Pro - 1920x2160 upscaled to 4k
PS4 - 1080p
Xbone/S - sub 900p.

Assets on X and Pro are the same apparently though (weird?) so then its really a question of whether either the X or Pro will have FPS dips. I believe its gonna be a 30 FPS game, not sure about MP though.
