Considering my last wing commander (4 FW in 2014) was the first female fighter pilot in the Air Force and that wasn't until 1993.... zero - ?? depending on year. The cool thing about the timing of the movie filming is they filmed out at Nellis while Gen. Leavitt was the wing commander out there, so I'm sure they got to meet.

Pretty sure there were also zero women doing what Peggy Carter was doing during WW2 in real life so maybe that isn't really an angle worth nitpicking.

They're also playing off the whole "she lost her memory and aliens messed with it so accuracy isn't 100%" angle too.

I dunno, this looked mediocre. Hard to tell.
I do like that they are doing Kree Skrull content though so I'm in.

How many raging green super strong Hulks are there, how many billionaires have make power suits? How many mad scientist have made a shrinking suit? How many Soldiers have taken a super serum? How many back pack flight suits are there with radio controlled drones? How many gods of thunder actually come down and visit New York on a daily basis? Seriously you can accept all this shit but black female pilots in the 90s causes you to lose your shit? Think of it this way (if it helps you sleep better at night), this is an alternate earth where all these things are true, and they DID have black female fighter pilots in the 90s.
