He hasn't tripped any other test has he?

He failed in August of this year, and failed 15 months ago.

USADA kept the August 2018 result private (was not shared with UFC, Dana, or NSAC). Dana just confirmed it this week-- so we now know he has multiple failures for Turinabol at this point.

wish they strip if not defended every 6 months

Perhaps six is a little short. That's the rehab for one serious injury. I'd say strip after six months if you turn down a fight and you're otherwise healthy (no point in stripping if there aren't any good matchups available), and three months post-rehab for your first injury. If you hurt yourself twice between fights, tough shit - train smarter.

Yeesh. Ryan just put on the best heel hook I've ever seen in 10 years of grappling, never mind MMA.

I hope BJ is ok. He backstepped the wrong direction and that is NOT good for your knee.

BJ's record over his last 10 fights is 1-1-8, and that one win was a lucky shot against an over-the-hill Matt Hughes. His last meaningful UFC win was in 2009 when he successfully defended the LW belt against Diego Sanchez.

BJ has no business fighting, and I can't believe the UFC keeps sending him out there.

I'd ask for a show of hands of people who were surprised at BJ, but is anyone surprised at all?

I think I kind of want to see the old BJ, but those days are long gone.

Props to Hall though, that shit happened FAST

It's also the first time BJ has ever been subbed, after moving back up to the weight class that he's been most successful at in his career. Dude is so far beyond washed up at this point.

Zingano got some big ol' knockers, surprised I never noticed before. Also first stoppage ever via eye toepoke? Don't think I've seen that before. Possibly new Jones technique inc.

I was just gonna say; I didn't expect the poking to begin this early
