Yeah I was WAY more impressed by this than I thought. I was expecting a well made action / survival movie and this went well beyond. An indicator of how much I liked it, was that I'd bring 'The Grey' up in conversation just to recommend it to people.

I really liked this film. The recreation of the 70's look and feel was done so well. The color treatment did a lot. Good acting by both leads. Also it was good that they showed both in a good light and told both men's stories. So you could follow both and feel for them.
