You're right, being a fan of people not going out to try and hurt other people makes me not a fan of baseball. You got me. Idiot. Also, what Grimm said.

Yes!

for one I agree it's part of the body of baseball but you don't see leagues in any other country being mentioned, Japan should be no different. second, the negro league thing has been used a couple times and each time the same thing shoots it down. You can't compare the two because they...

I agree they shouldn't be counted. When Cecil Fielder played over there, or any other player in MLB we never counted their HR's towards their pro stats or anything else and as much as I like Ichrio an exception shouldn't be made for him when it comes to official hits for his major league career.

I got feels man. come on now.

I'm shocked that Man0warr would take a discussion about Ichiro and twist it into a topic point about a player on a Texas team. Shocked I tell you.

I'm of the same mind, I love me some Ichiro but those hits shouldn't really count in any form of official MLB stat line. The amount of hits he has in the league though for the time he has been in is impressive in of itself, I wish he would have come over earlier than he did.

I'd make a more credible source than the guy they have now at least.

Sorry, my phone is retarded. :/

That's called a keesh.

Nor have they had one as of today.

Haha, I can't count how many times I've had scrambled omelettes.

I don't get how it is sporting as high of a rating as it is when you go to read the reviews and all you see are 1 and 2 star.

talking about the case itself when it's not supposed to be talked about and giving details on what stage and process they are in which is also against their CBA. I never once said they have released evidence, because they haven't. They can't pick and chose what they want to keep under wraps when...

Nothing about this case has been kept confidential, so much stuff has come out at this point that they've broken many confidentiality clauses and on that alone I can see A-rod getting out of any suspension.

Limp fried? they revamped their fries over 2 years ago and they are better than any other fast foods fries out there. Educate yourself son.

Yeah, its dumb to demand proof.

Don't get me wrong, I think A-Rod is guilty. But until there is more proof than from a shady dude with a degree from a fake south american university then fuck MLB's witch hunt.

nope

Really? Show me the proof he did anything let alone anything outside the norm. And anyone who goes out of their way to harm someone let alone do it with a projectile doing 93mph needs to be fined. period. Neat fact, A-Rod has been hit more times by Red Sox pitches than any other player hit...

Don't give me that "standard" BS when the stuff they are trying to throw at A-Rod in terms of suspensions is as far from outside of standard as you can get. MLB made sure to make it as light as possible. Undisclosed amount of money? since when is it undisclosed? Pfft whatever.

He's still ignoring no Mulder = shit X-Files I see.

In terms of Breaking Bad being mentioned, I just finished season 3 and so far there has only been one bad episode. Enjoying it so far.

X-Files had two whole seasons of crap.

Yeah I already mentioned the whole X-Files thing, it was ignored. BSG was great....much like Seinfeld it's last episode was garbage. I didn't like Greys either, I was shocked to see it was still on but saying its a shit show when it's clearly not is silly. Just because it's not without our...

Were you trying to prove to me that they all were nominated and won similar amounts of awards? No one said they didn't. But by your logic then Greys Anatomy was on par with those shows. -shrug- Also if this is you're scale of saying they are better then Greys, then M*A*S*H* did as well if...

Sorry, when a show is up for close to 200 awards, you calling it shitty doesn't make it shitty. You're encroaching on Artr0's territory at this point.

You mean the same bullshit Greys Anatomy that has been on for 10 seasons and has won 2 Golden Globes, won 52 other awards and has been nominated for 138 others?? Okay.

Just because you didn't like Lost (I didn't either) doesn't mean it wasn't considered one of the best shows on television while it was on. Which it was.

last two seasons of x-files were pretty shitty too if we're being honest.

Read the title of this thread and I thought it was another stupid reality show and this one had a cop that didn't carry a gun but an axe instead.

Well usually 5 games is 1 start but the way they have their rotation set up, he wont end up missing one. The whole suspension is for show and that's it and shows even further that MLB's vendetta against A-Rod outweighs anything else.

Dude wont even miss a single start. Fucking MLB.

He didn't try to plunk him just the once, he tried to a previous time at the same at bat. And because he did it with some sort of vigilante mindset and there's no place for that in baseball what so ever. And yes, by that logic intentionally hitting people should actually carry a real...

Dempster suspended 5 games and an undisclosed amount of money. what a bunch of bullshit. Shoulda been 15-20 games.

Has nothing to do with Trek, gtfo.

I work until 11pm est that day. You scheduled the draft on what is probably my busiest work day of the year. sorry.

the whole A-Rod thing is turning into a joke. In no other situation can you have a pitcher TRY to hit someone (almost took him in the same knee he just had surgery on), miss....then on the same at bat on a 3-0 count hit the dude on your second attempt and then only get a warning. It's A-Rod...

Ryan Dempster should be suspended.

I can't make the draft.
