Homo's 6* is out now, so could make a pretty respectable BB spam team with him as leader, and luther, dia, dilma, aisha when they get 6* probably. So many good red guys, but no mono red leader is a bit rough ;p 6* Dia is a better rainbow leader than logan, but that would rule out luther and...

To some extent it's based on luck of the draw for which enemies you get, if you get a shitty run of 3 single enemies in a row you'll struggle, but sometimes all 4 of them are 5 or more enemies, at which point you smash it. You going for guns blazing approach ? Marauder set, fujin on high...

It's built as a never ending treadmill, they'll slowly increase the top end, while occasionally rolling the bottom end past them with upgrades - just to make sure that people who started later still have something they want to get.

Hah yes. It's also nice getting revenge for past failures - one shot the first 3 for max reward, 1.2M on middle, *flex*. Hehe ;p I remember having to take the healing kit and struggle to try and get through middle.

Madoka is probably his best work. It skewers the magical girl genre mercilessly, but still manages to have a compelling story and interesting characters. He only did the first two episodes of gargantia, and wow did it show heh.

Damn, you jinxed it ;p In fairness, it wasn't as horrifyingly terrible as I had feared, despite the appalling acting, it was at least less boring than this season's falling skies. As first episodes go, it's not worthy of licking the boots of the walking dead pilot, so hopefully it doesn't...

Yeah, can't do a spark/spam team like that - leorone's BB has 0 hits, as does elimos, so you are relying on the other 3 for all your hits, and gravion has double anyone else's SBB cost, so that makes it even harder. Unlocking Leo's SBB would help a bit there but I can see why you weren't that...

I think your perception problem in general is not realizing how BC drops scale with huge hit units. Once you have enough hit power going in your team, you will refill the SBB bars of every member every turn on groups of 2 or more units. At that point, having a +3BC leader skill like aem is a...

Leorone is a fantastic partner for felneus if you do a bb spam team. I wish more of my friends list ran him. He is especially valuable if you do not have Michele. You kind of need the bb spam components though, guys with lots of hits on their SBB in general, although dilma is right up there...

Angelic Foil is farmable, summon tickets are not - only one of them is going to make you kick yourself once you have the town maxxed out ;p

Shrug, if older is not current : Puella Magi Madoka Angel Beats

Sort of - Lodin is more valuable because he has two leader skills, 30% to fill rate and 50% to rainbow team. Best of both worlds there, as you get the raw damage to oneshot opposing team members with normal attacks as well as a much higher than normal bb fill. He also couples that with a truly...

There are two main types of people with huge win lose ratios. The first max their team before starting, the second force close when it looks like they might lose 8) There is no benefit to either other than ego. For picking opponents, taparoundthe refresh button in a circle a few times then...

It's not rng btw, first pull during tutorial is off a different table of rubbish units instead of the real rare summons.

Blaming Moffat for Sarah Jane is a bit harsh unless you are suggesting he murdered the actress to make cancelling it easier

Opinions on this vary. There are a lot of arguments among backers about how important a strong pve element is. I would have said it was a requirement but I have been surprised by the number of people spending huge money on the beta, so I think it is probably possible to build a profitable...

Bypass defense leader skill is a lot better, with the time it takes to charge dilma or lava you only get one use per run anyway. You want melchio or gx to lead if you have them. Don't even need to be leveled (though you should anyway, those guys are awesome)

From what I saw through the game, if you are ever in a position where you are taking a ton of melee damage that you can block, you are probably doing it wrong. Also the timer on whirlwind and flurry is so long that halving their damage would lead to absurdly long fights. Mage cc melee dps...

Douglas is better for most purposes than any of the boosted guys so that probably counts as a win anyway.

Yeah. This is a stupid mechanic. A lot of things seem to be counterintuitive to a large degree, so many wasted points in my run through. Some tips for new starts I guess: -Weapon skills are useless, see above. - pick pocket is useless -Bartering is mostly useless ( it works but you are...

I doubt anyone would argue that. In retrospect I think the reason the superpowers in sr3 were so awesome came from their limited availability and contrast to what you are doing most of the rest of the game. SR4 just had no point to any of the cars or most of the weapons really, it was a bit sad.

Cayena doesn't have a lot of hp, fills BB relatively slowly and is vulnerable to blue, she's not that good/bad - just got unlucky I think. Sometimes RNG bullshit can be funny though - seeing a team with a lira leader as a soft target and having your entire team paralyzed or cursed in the...

End of show budget blowout effects? Still, I found that pretty satisfying as a series finale. The kaziri being a bc thing really does not make any sense with the travel time though. Its tech is still able to control the new terraformers when it is millenia out of date? Even if deliberate...

I think I'll sit this one out. They are all useless at 5*, have to wait for their 6* release anyway.

It's a pity really, having them using captive humans as a distributed computing resource would make a lot more sense. After all, creating 'dumb' computers to run the matrix on is kind of hypocritical in the first place.

The usual reasoning is that ideally tesla is going to be using his BB every turn, or guarding if it's not up, so won't ever get to attack, so it doesn't matter if his attack is zero. That being said, it probably doesn't make a huge difference long run anyway - the times where the extra def/hp...

Why would you do that to yourself !? ;p It's not worth it, step back from the edge ! ;p I say that none of the voters have a sense of humor so they just vote for whatever has the most laughing on the laugh track.

I thought this was a comedy, but apparently it's an angsty rom-com, like How I Met Your Mother, only with just Ted and none of the other cast. Didn't hate it, but failed to deliver the lols.

No, no they are not. The ranged always has an enormous tactical advantage - pulling, kiting, aggro ping-pong, ability avoidance, spacing are just some of the huge differences. The only time they'd be equivalent is when attacking a immobile defenseless spawn like a target dummy. Even then...

What other options are you thinking of? Two chars equal damage, one long range, one close range are inherently unbalanced. Lower health, lower mobility, helpless at close range, lower sustainability are all things that have been used in various places.

On an action and interesting plot development point, the finale was pretty strong, but really, that has to the dumbest evil plan ever*, it fails to make sense in any way whatsoever. * The bar for this is pretty low - one of the previous record holders was the movie where a secretive order...

I just had a thought - you know you can stealth in combat as often as you want for 1 ap right ? You don't have to use the vanish skill, as long as no-one is looking directly at you ( depending on sneak skill ). You also took guerrilla, back-stabber and swiftfooted right ?

Boo. Although if it avoids the second half going to shit, as seems to be fashionable these days, I guess it's worth it.

Casters usually get vastly improved defensive abilities - for instance being able to attack from range with no danger of retaliation ;p Along with various forms of crowd control. Giving them that AND equal armor and health would probably be controversial. Still, I could see a game where...

Well, tesla doesn't do shit for damage (also whichever healer ), so if you have no problem surviving something, bringing him is a waste. He's also terrible for arena, so there's some possibilities for mega. Felneus doesn't care what color your guys are though, so the real question is do you have...

One vendor no-one mentioned so far is the smith in silverglen - if youhe sells unidentified legendary gear too. ( Unidentified is a bit annoying coz you don't know if it's shit, but it means if you have high barter you can buy it, id it and then sell it back for more than the buy cost ).

I dunno, I thought that 'This is NOT more important than my egomania' and 'Oh my god, it *is* voice activated isn't it' came across pretty well ;p

Grats. I am not really looking forward to thunder arena, my thunder team are a bunch of useless scrubs. ( I've been hijacking the thunder crystals to feed more useful black/white units heh )

Aaah, it was the rubies I was missing. Always wondered what they were for - thanks, that should help a lot. ( Despite the clearly unjustified nerf to resist rates last patch ;p ) Agree crafted stuff is mostly junk, but at some levels crafted daggers outscale dropped ones hugely - they seem to...
