This is funny to me because going from a Ketogenic / Cutting diet to a Carb / Bulking diet has made me feel like superman. I seem to have way more energy when rolling / lifting, it is absurd. Who needs steroids, just give me some sugar.

Anyone have a preferred device selling site? I was looking at putting up my Nexus 6 on Swappa potentially to try and recoup some of the new device. I have not used any of those sites in general though. Needing a new SIM pretty much sealed the deal on dumping the 6 as a spare. Might be able...

Can confirm, 5X is a great phone. The wife is enjoying her so far. I was going to get the 5X for myself as well but got the 6P. It was slightly slimmer than my 6 and should have less thumb stretching problems which was my only real gripe with that large of a phone.

Yep, I just had to do this last night. Phone arrived, popped my Nexus 6 SIM in, buzzkill. Then I remembered an email Google sent me a few weeks back about a SIM. Guess I should have paid more attention to that one. First impressions of the phone with just WiFi for connectivity have been...

I am part of the 'loves to eat' bandwagon. I enjoy food and eating, clearly a part of why I was so overweight. I had been able to eat until I wasn't hungry when doing keto type diets very well. Recently, moving to a more traditional diet (carbs), I have been having cravings and 'episodes'...

I have been doing the BodyWeight routine (/r/bodyweightfitness) mostly successfully for around the past 30 days now. I am officially starting my first bulking phase to try it out. I am hoping to be able to stay sane long enough for this to go until approximately mid / end January 2016. The...

One of the tracker apps I have been following finally got their 1.0 release. I am not sure I am going to move over to it as I am so heavily invested in MyFitnessPal currently and Joy will go subscription ($2/mo) after the trial which is still more than the $0 for MFP. If only they would have...

All the pictures I see online of thigh shots are just guys in boxer briefs pulling up one side of the boxer near their hip. The 'half speedo' as it were. I am glad you are taking weekly pictures this early in the process. That is something I wish I had done and regret not doing it.

Well this is interesting. I just randomly went and checked on Nexus 6P status again. It let me order one, delivery mid November is estimated. I did not get an alert or off the wait list or anything, just random. No hesitation this time. This was for Aluminum 64GB.

    The Walking Dead

Got caught up on the latest episodes yesterday. The only thing I was going to complain about was Michonne humoring the whiny dreadlock guy. "Whaaaa, we are so hard, we know to to survive, stop hurting our feelings!". Then she shut him down and that made me happy.

My wife's 5X arrived last night. How someone can see a shiny new phone box and not tear into it immediately is beyond me. She just kept facebooking and instagraming on her old phone while making dinner. Hopefully will get some hands on with it soon. I nearly broke down and ordered a 6P for...

Just found this site today. Seems like a pretty good tracker. Leverages lots of standard measurements via tape / skin fold and inputs them into a variety of formulas all at once. Gives a nice snapshot and report base. Not sure if it will make it into regular use for me, but I like to try...

Seconded on the stretching if you are having knee trouble. I don't understand how everything in the body connects and pulls on each other fully. However, I do understand the world of difference regularly stretching my hips, hamstrings, and lower back has made in my knees quality of life.
