Does research work for kunark spells? Heard both ways so not sure. My thought was on phini the one spot spells like group dmf and gang touch you couldn't research but shit like Demi lich and EoT you can.

They for sure were in on Phini and dropping off VP trash. Just not sure if they were actually removed or intended to be there, as the power level of the item and it's rarity made it an appropriate drop there imo. Could easily have been intentional. Guess we'll just wait and see.

I wasn't sure if the gem encrusted ring was actually a fuck up or not though. It used to drop in seb or something back in the day I think? and is pretty in line with loot that should be in during the era, just got attention because it's the only affliction efficiency 3 that was in during kunark.

Also you still need affliction haste, Green silken drape over loam robe, sucks but its worth it. Also you've got 3 held items, lose the harvester they are super overpriced and you dont' need ultravision.

Necro's are pretty sick right now because our poison/disease lines got the big upgrade with shaman dots since they are shared. As far as soloing you won't want to, there's always groups going and exp is better. As far as needed if you plan on raiding bards are always super in demand.

seems like the hardest thing to find is a tank which is fine now but may suck come kunark on the higher end group stuff

Not a ton of mains. There's very little reason to solo on this server other than farming at 50 though and the good camps are a clusterfuxk. If you fire it up let me know will get you some starter plat. Long time no see.

Not that it's not doable or easier than it would have been back in the day, but back in the day you had 1 guild on each server MAYBE two that needed this versus 20? that will be wanting to do VP on Agnarr.

They've done this post kunark on phini? It was pretty damn annoying/contested when I was doing it there, remember people (myself included) having to charm gate AJ, 10+ people sitting on ground spawns at any given time, and long lines/and or fights over things like rotting and pained.

Wasn't trying to challenge your epeen, just saying these servers allow for other play styles and can present a challenge other than who can get to a mob fastest. Which in terms of Everquest is sort of unique outside of being in an Uberguild in the glory days.
