Guess I'll try out this VD spellslinger thing before it gets nerfed next league. Probably play casually, maybe make a slam build if anything ends up being good there.
Usually not big on stuff designed to look "gamer" but I like it for some reason. Fine with it being a little big if it runs that much cooler, my Pro can get pretty loud.
Just went to walmart and got a copy, fuck it.
Before I start though does could anyone tell me what button you use to skip cutscenes? I want the new outfits that you get from starting FC in the main game but I don't want spoilers so I plan to just mute my TV and not look at the screen while...
I haven't done that yet but I'm probably going to. Riots haven't really been a problem around where I am at.
I'm hoping I get some kind of delivery update tomorrow but if I don't I'm just going with somewhere else. Not sure if I can find the collectors edition in a store though.
It's not necessary to have played XC1 before XC2(both have a self-contained story) but you may as well as there is some easter egg references to the the first game. Though there is a new epilogue story in the XC1 remake that might tie things together, not 100% sure.
Anyone mess with the Vulkan renderer? Ran a few maps and it is noticeably smoother for me. I can actually watch a stream on my second monitor now without the weird microstutter shit I used to get before.
Nintendo first party stuff rarely goes on sale, just how it's always been. Though at this point I'd just wait and play the XC1 remake, there is some tie in with XC2.
Honestly it's pretty recommended to have played every Trails game before you play CSIII. You can find fan translated versions of the Crossbell games on the high seas, I played through them last year with no issues.
Played all three and I'd go XC2 or DQ11. Your enjoyment of XC2 depends on how well you can handle modern anime stuff imo, I know for some it can be a turn off. DQ11 is pretty solid and the Switch port has some really nice QOL features.
