We did two of the bosses last night, and planning to tackle the third tomorrow. We're level 4. We did get thrown into combat once by accident that we had to reload but once we actually started on our terms we got it. We don't use any barrel cheese or anything like that as of yet.

They turned the stat increase into a feat, but it still functions the exact same. You had to choose between stats and feat, and still do. Monks also start at 1d8 with fists instead of 1d6 as they do in standard 5e, so they start stronger now but don't scale as high.

I like the idea of this, reset you back to level 4, but let you keep your ASI. Gives a way to increase power.

I've also gotten a few dialogue options that are bard specific. The spiders loved my drum solo.
