Jesus, did I read that right that the Deathblade Surge nerf is a 50% reduction in damage from the 20 stack Zero? and you can't get back full charge with only a 15 stack?

The nerf to Barricade was a bit much, imo. FP cost increase, and a massive reduction in uptime means it takes even more FP to use effectively.
