I honestly like the breaks those transitions allow. If its to fast and automated it feels like a game instead of a world. When I played with my pvp fireteam this week, being in space was the only place were everyone talked undistracted as well. I enjoy the flavor of it.

I have a feeling impact is universal but the weapon types have modifiers. Like headshots from sniper rifles deal 3x impact. Fusion rifles deal 2x impact but only crit shields. etc Testing needs to be done!

The big number is attack. Not damage. Its essentially the weapons level. The impact stat is the damage.

Auto Rifle seems like to the go to for most people but I have been RAPED by some good players using the scout rifles to good affect.

Some of them have a greater effect then others. And in different combinations. My Cydonia has improved reload speed when after a kill which is op as hell along with reload speed arms. Stuff like 'bottom half of clip does extra damage' on a auto rifle is bad but on a fusion rifle or a shotgun...
