Did you fight Unidad at all? They will pretty much keep gunning for you until you get away, similar to police in GTA. They have travel skills and dashes though. Travel skills have a small cast time so it's hard to use them in combat. Dash skills typically are used in combat or to get out of combat, not to travel. Depends when you last played but it hasn't changed much in 6 or 7 months.

Well I completed the season journey. Doubt I'm going to get much higher than GR 70 without serious farming and augmenting. Doesn't help I don't don't have a fully group this season due to burnout. I'm hoping they monetize D3 with cosmetics or something so they actually give a shit about the game.
