I remember after we would push a boss into a corner and get near the enrage timer, I would start work up the hate list and turn the boss as soon as he enraged to see how many melee I could kill that weren't paying attention. Good times...

I have the surface book, and I don't have any issues with EQ. It is very similar.

@Zaide I was really hoping that the launch was going to be the week after. I will be unable to sock with a perma group at launch because of work issues; however, I do plan on getting max level by week 2 and raiding etc. Do I need to sign up over at the faceless?? Thanks.

@Zaide Still building groups for initial push? I still won't know until the end of next week if I will be able to get time off or not. If so, what classes are you still needing to fill groups? I am wanting to play SK, Cleric, Monk, or Warrior if possible...

Originally, I was a warrior from classic through OoW and never really played any alts above 20. Still trying to decide on what I want to do. I am leaning more towards an off-tank role with an SK or Pally; although, I may go complete opposite and go cleric for a big change.

I would like to join in on the race to 50 and first dragons etc. I can tell the wife that I have to work all weekend and put those first 30-40 hours in at the office... What classes are usually made for the rush groups? Are warriors any good? That is about the only class I ever played...

I will be rolling on Friday. Will be playing casually for the first couple of months due to Anatomy and Physiology 2 course that is going to suck up the majority of my time. I will be playing Alb using this name if available.

I would love to see non-instanced dungeons/raids again. The social aspect is what made EQ such a tremendous game. WoW removed that entirely with the queue systems and even worse when they made the queues cross server. Never ran across the same person twice, so I had zero fucks to give about...

@Control One of the buffs that we get from the soulbinder is showing up as unknown and makes me think there might be a lot more unknown spells that I am going to run into in the future. Is there is specific spell file that I need that I can get from another client etc. that will include those...

No idea how others feel, but I have never liked defiant gear on the emu's. I would like to progress from one expansion to the next using era appropriate gear "if possible"... Also, is the original guise of the deceiver in? Kind of tells me if I am rolling an ogre or not. Thanks, Pogi
