You're level 24. Take mana flows passive and if later on you never have mana problems then just refund those 2/3 passives. Most end game builds show what it looks like at end game. Some builds take pasives while leveling just to make leveling easier then spec out of it later down the road.

Yeah it's not recommended to do anything other than docks or lunaris as low life unless you have shavronne's. But if you're on SC then it really doesn't matter tbh. on a side note, does anyone know when the Anarchy/Onslaught leagues are going to be over?

The only sporker I am aware of that cant do maps without Shavronne's is the low life build. Matter of fact, that build can't do anything other than docks or piety runs without that chest piece.
