I don't think linear games get that much hate. I think linear games that lead you down literal hallways for the entirety get hated on. I'd classify God of War as a linear game, but it doesn't feel like it because they do just enough to distract you from that.

When you're level 40+ the difficulty difference between WT 1 and like 8 is negligible, so might as well farm at the highest tier you can one shot mobs at. If you get a good item that's seven fewer levels worth of mats you need to spend on upgrading it.

Good thing it still gives legendaries, I enjoy the hunt/bounty farm. Twenty purples (more like 50-60 given boss drops) and two legendaries in under 2 hours is acceptable to me. Gives me something to do while I wait for my buddies to unlock expeditions.

Taking away the guaranteed legendary from the hunt/bounty quest lines was so fucking stupid. Who's gonna repeat the entire quests for a purple reward when you get 2-5 from every beast clear? gtfo

Yeah I cap all my shit at 117 fps (I read an article about capping 3 frames below your display limit, don't ask me to find it again) and it makes a big difference when I don't just let games push as many as possible.
