From what I heard at least some of the stuttering was caused by it loading the shaders in at the time of execution vs pregenerating the shaders like many games do when you launch the game the first time.

I dig VA panels tbh just due to the contrast. The dicking around with settings to minimize ghosting can be a PITA though. TN panels though can suck my balls. Did it one eons ago before i knew what I was getting into and holy shit that image is bad.

I think its just poor marketing since I think you need an RTX card for DLSS (or at least DLSS 2.0). The RTX logo threw me off too and had to look closer to figure out exactly what they were trying to sell in the vids.

This is just DLSS and not raytracing? Just showing performance increase with DLSS upscaling.
