Is there a max to how many evolved weapons you can have? Sometimes I have the items but it stops giving me upgrades and just goes to Bags of Gold/Chicken option. E.g. axe and candelabra in below Ex:

Gear plays a big role, especially unlocking the gear traits (tied to quality levels). Pets also are super helpful. I'm on level 45.

I got this Death's Poker deal on my restart (samurai base) that seems pretty OP for early game. Any suggestions for good armor/accessories to go with it? I'm eventually going to go for that Corpse Piler skill katana later on for a bleed build but that's a ways down the road (and a respec).
